摘    要:聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析结果表明,湿地松健康嫩茎组织过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱中有4条酶带,刺伤组织较健康组织新增加3条酶带。分别用松色二孢菌华中型(HZ型)代表菌株JH-1和华南型(HN型)代表菌株BY-2接种被刺伤的湿地松嫩茎,接种弱致病力的菌株BY-2后,感病组织的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱中比刺伤对照新增加1条酶带;接种强致病力的菌株JH-1后,感病组织的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱中较刺伤对照新增加3条酶带。2个供试菌株在侵染寄主后导致寄主的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱上出现差异的表现,与它们在形态特征、产孢条件和致病力等方面存在显著差异的表现相同。

Abstract:The result of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that four bands of peroxidase isozyme existed in the young shoots of Pinus elliottii Engelm.but three more bands appeared in the pierced young shoots besides the four bands of healthy tissues. In the peroxidase isozyme profile of pierced young shoots,only one new band occured after young shoots were inoculated with hypovirulence isolate By-2 of Dipoldia pinea(Desm.)Kickx,a type HN representative isolate. However,three new bands were displayed in the peroxidase isozyme profile after P. elliottii young shoots were inoculated with virulent isolate JH-1 of D. pinea,a type HZ representative isolate.The peroxidase isozyme profiles difference of P. elliottii induced by two experimental isolates is identical with their significant differences in morphological characteristics,sporogenous conditions and virulences.
