丙酮-火焰原子吸收光谱法在检测桂圆核微量元素中的应用

摘    要:目的]确定泸州产桂圆核中微量元素含量。方法]采用硝酸+高氯酸对桂圆核进行消解,丙酮-火焰原子吸收光谱法测桂圆核中Ca、Fe、Zn、Ni、Mn、Cu 6种微量元素含量。结果]桂圆核中Ca、Fe、Zn、Ni、Mn、Cu 6种微量元素含量分别为4 776.164、385.785、164.124、9.590、33.906、28.218μg/g,相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.9%,回收率为95.7%~102.5%;丙酮对测定有一定的增敏作用。结论]桂圆核中含有大量人体必需的Ca、Fe、Zn微量元素。采用丙酮-火焰原子吸收光谱法测桂圆核中微量元素方法可行。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of trace elements in longan seeds in Luzhou.Method] Longan seeds treated by wet decomposition with HNO3+ HClO4.Acetone was used in the content determination of 6 kinds of trace element including Ca,Fe,Zn,Ni,Mn,Cu in longan seeds by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Result] The contents of Ca,Fe,Zn,Ni,Mn,Cu in longan seed were 4776.164,385.785,164.124,9.590,33.906,28.218 μg/g respectively.The relative standard deviation was from 1.6 to 3.9% and recovery was form 95.7% to 102.5%.Acetone has been proven to increase the determination of sensitivity.Conclusion] Longan seed contained abundant trace elements of Ca,Fe,Zn in indispensable to human body.Acetone involved in the determination of trace elements in longan seeds by flame atomic absorption spectrometry is simple and reliable.
