艾叶精油型粮食防虫剂研制及应用

摘    要:利用艾叶精油微囊化研制出艾叶精油粮食防虫剂,针对玉米象和杂拟谷盗进行防治。艾叶精油粮食防虫剂以艾叶精油和甘油为芯材,以多孔淀粉和β-环糊精为壁材。通过驱避实验和熏蒸实验得出,驱避级别均达到了Ⅴ级。艾叶精油对玉米象的杀虫效果24 h后达到LD50为0.024μL/cm3,对杂拟谷盗的致死率比对玉米象的致死率稍差一点,但也达到了72 h后LD50为0.030μL/cm3。这种新型防虫剂对玉米象和杂拟谷盗的防治过程中,有一个致死率稳定的阶段,是微囊化精油释放的过程,起到了延长杀虫时间的作用。

Abstract:In order to control Sitophilus zeamais and Tribolium confusum,the microencapsulated essential oil of Artemisia argyis was used to make the grain protectant.The essential oil of Artemisia argyis and glycerol was used as the core material of the grain protectant,and the porous starch and β-cyclodextrin as wall material.By the repellent and fumigation experiment,the repellency levels reached grade Ⅴ.The insecticidal effect of Artemisia argyis essential oil reached as follows: LD50 was 0.024 μl/cm3 after 24 hours against Sitophilus zeamais,although the mortality of Tribolium confusum was less than that of Sitophilus zeamais,LD50 was 0.030 μl/cm3 after 72 hours against Tribolium confusum.In the control process of the new insecticide against Sitophilus zeamais and Tribolium confusum,there was a stable mortality phase,which was the process of release of microencapsulated essential oil,and played roles in prolonging the exposure time.
