| 摘 要： | 以优选耐热蛋鸡良种为目的 ,选用伊莉莎、罗曼、海兰、海赛克斯、尼克、宝万斯等 6品种 3 0周龄商品代褐壳蛋鸡各 48只 ,置环控室内 ,试验控温方式为“2 2℃ 7d～ 3 0℃ 7d～ 3 5℃ 7d～ 2 1 .3℃ 2 2 h”。于 2 2℃1 66h、3 0℃ 1 66h、3 5℃ 1 66h、2 1 .3℃ 2 2 h测定血浆 GPT、GOT、AKP、CK、LDH,血液 Zn、Cr、Se、I、Mn的变化。结果表明 :1较长高温对血浆 GOT、GPT、AKP、CK影响显著 ,2 1 .3℃ 2 2 h尚未恢复正常。其中海赛克斯、宝万斯受影响较大 ,海兰、伊莉莎较小 ;2 3 5℃ 1 66h显著降低了 6品种蛋鸡血液 Zn、Cr、Se、Mn的水平 ,其中 Cr、Se降低最显著。 2 1 .3℃ 2 2 h均未恢复正常 ,尤其是 Cr。 3 HSST与其血液 CK、LOH、AKP、Cr、Se、Zn等存在有品种差异的显著相关
