我国鲜活农产品冷链物流与纳米蓄冷材料的应用

摘    要:本文对我国鲜活农产品冷链物流的必要性和优越性、国内外冷藏运输设施及方式、我国蓄冷冷链物流存在的问题、纳米蓄冷材料研究和应用、纳米流体相变蓄冷的特点、蓄冷材料应用与鲜活农产品冷链物流过程中需冷品质保持的相互关系进行了综述。通过分析得出,纳米蓄冷材料是一种全新、环保、低碳节能的新型能源材料,具有优异的蓄/释冷特性和热物性特性,相变潜热大,过冷度低,释放冷量时间延长,应用到鲜活农产品采后的贮运物流过程中,具有巨大的应用价值,同时,纳米蓄冷材料配套蓄冷贮运技术可为我国鲜活农产品全程冷链物流的发展奠定良好基础。

Nano Cool-storage Material and Cold-chain Logistics of Fresh Agriculture Products

Abstract:In this paper, we reviewed the necessity and advantages of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products, equipment and mode of refrigerated transportation domestic and overseas, question in cool-storage chain, study and application of nano cool-storage material, characteristic of phase change of nanofluid, and the relationship between application of cool-storage material and keeping the quality in fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics process. It was summarized that the cool-storage material with nanofluid is a brand new, environmentally friendly and energy-saving available energy material. There was excellent store & release cooling capacity and thermophysical property, bigger latent heat of phase change, longer time of release cooling capacity and lower degree of supercooling. There will be immense application value if it was utilized in fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics process, and application combined with refrigerated materials with nanofluid and cold storage technology will lay a sound groundwork for development of fresh agricultural products whole cold chain logistics in China.
