摘    要:院食用菌是一类有机、营养、保健的绿色食品,食用菌产业投资小、周期短、见效快、卖价不菲、供不应求,近年来发展迅速。本文以陕西省韩城市食用菌产业为例,论述了其发展现状,分析了其在气候、区位、原料、劳动力方面的发展优势,指出了其在发展过程中存在的问题和不足,并提出了发展对策。通过对韩城市食用菌产业的全方位调查、分析,以期为我国食用菌产业的发展提供素材和依据。

Industry Development Status and Countermeasures of Edible Fungus in Hancheng City

Abstract:Edible fungus is a kind of organic, nutrition, health green food. Edible fungus industry is an industry of small investment, short period, quick, high selling price, and it is developing rapidly in recent years. In this article, it discussed the development statue of the edible fungus industry in Hancheng and the development advantage and problems. On this basis, development strategies was put forward. In summary, this paper wants to provide the basis for the development of edible fungus.
