牦牛古柏属Cooperia一新种

摘    要:本文记述了采自甘肃天祝牦牛小肠内古柏线虫一新种,模式标本保存于甘肃农业大学寄生虫病学教研组。1982—1983年,作者在甘肃省天祝县牧区进行牦牛寄生虫调查时,剖检牦牛31只。经鉴定小肠内有3种古柏线虫,其中有一新种,定名为天祝古柏线虫 CooperiaTianzhuensis 模式标本保存在甘肃农业大学寄生虫学教研组。测量雄、雌虫各10个。


A New Species of the Genus Cooperia in Poephagus Grunniens
Abstract:Cooperia Tianzhuensis,sp.nov. Host:Poephagus grunniens Location.Small intestine Locality:Tianzhu:Gansu Province,China, Type specimens deposited in Gansu Agricultural University of Gansu Province,China. Morphological characteristics:Body filiform,milky white when alive;cephalic versicle present,cuticle with fine transverse striations,cervical and prebursal papillae absent. Male:Body 8.0-9.8mm long and 0.20-0.272mm in diameter oesophagus 0.32-0.464 mm long and 0.029-0.032 mm in width. Bursa copulatrix and its rays being characteristic for this genus.A(?)ter giving rise to externo-dorsal ray at its base, the dorsal ray 0.224-0.256 mm long.Each dorsal branch with a finger-like lateral sub-branch at the outside near the bifurcation sitc.A pair of spicules,brown-colored and similar Ln shape,0.252-0.299 mm long and 0.039-0.050 mm in width,with a few pectin-like transverse striation on the centre of the middle part.Each spicule divided into two branches at the site slightly upper to the middle part and at a distance of 0.115-0.140 mm from its proximal end; the external-branch stotu,with a lot of clear “V” like striations on the antrior 1/3 portion,its distal end surro- uded by a transparent muchroon-like membrane;the internal branch slender,0.115-0.133 mm in 1ength,also with “V” like striation near the middle part.No guaernaculum.Genital cone simpler in structure. Female,Body 10-11.5mm long and 0.128-0.192 mm in width. Oesophagus 0.40-0.491 mm long and 0.03-0.04 mm in width. Vulva situated at a distance of 2.32-2.88 mm from the tail end.Total length Of ovijector and sphincter 0.320-0.464 mm.Anus situated at a distance of 0.180-0.24 mm.
