灵芝品种的菌丝体多糖和三萜含量分析评价

摘    要:为选育有效成分含量高的精深加工专用的灵芝品种提供理论依据,对14个灵芝品种的菌丝体多糖和三萜含量进行了分析评价。结果表明,灵芝品种的菌丝体多糖含量在1.98%-5.21%,高低相差2.63倍,14个灵芝品种中多糖含量在4.0%以上的品种有薄树灵芝02、赤芝05、松杉灵芝、薄树灵芝01、黄边灵芝、惠州等6个品种;灵芝菌丝体三萜含量在0.38%-1.34%,高低相差3.53倍,14个灵芝品种中三萜含量在0.95%以上的品种有黑芝02、紫芝02、紫芝01、黑芝01、黄边灵芝等5个品种;另外发现灵芝菌丝体中的多糖与三萜含量高低不存在相关性。
