| 摘 要： | 为观察免疫佐剂左旋咪唑对新城疫活疫苗免疫效果的影响,该研究将40只鸡随机分为A、B、C、CK组(每组10只),A、B、C组分别使用加入高、中、低剂量左旋咪唑无菌稀释液的新城疫活疫苗1羽份/只,分别于7日龄、28日龄滴鼻、点眼免疫。以生理盐水作对照组。免疫后的7、14、21、28日翅下静脉采血测抗新城疫病毒(NDV)抗体滴度。结果表明:给药组抗体水平都高于生理盐水对照组(p<0.05),不同给药剂量组别的抗体水平无明显变化。

Effect of Levamisole on Immunity Effects of Newcastle Disease Active Vaccine |

| Abstract: | To investigate the effect of levamisole on immune effects of newcastle disease vaccine,the testing chickens were divided into four groups named group A,B,C and CK,10 chickens every group.A,B and C group were treated with high,medium and low dose of levamisole sterile diluent and newcastle disease active vaccine,by nose and eye drops at 7 days age and 28 days age.A normal saline was took as control group.The blood samples were collected at 7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d after inoculation,antibody titer were analyzed by hem-agglutination inhibition(HI).The results showed that the level of antibodies of 3 treat groups was significantly higher than that of controt group(p<0.05).And there was a little variation among experimental group with different dosage of levamisole at the same stage. |
