概念设计中车身地板多目标拓扑优化的实现

摘    要:针对承载式车身地板结构的特点,在某款车型车身地板总成自重得到控制的情况下,利用OptiStruct模块对其多工况刚度、各阶频率进行了多目标拓扑优化。实例论证了应用有限元法进行机械承载结构多目标综合拓扑优化设计是一种有效的优化方法,可为机械结构及零部件结构设计提供重要的概念参考。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of load-bearing vehicle body floor,according to the condition in which the weight of a certain model body floor is under control,the paper carries on multi-objective topology optimization for multi-subcase stiffness and each order frequency by using OptiStruct module.The practice applications illustrate that it becomes an effective way using finite element method for multi-objective topology optimization of mechanical support structure,which provides an important reference for structure design of mechanical structure and components during conceptual design stage.
