| 摘 要： | 目的]为综合利用灰树花、云芝和香菇中的脂溶性物质提供参考。方法]以无水乙醚作溶剂,利用Soxhelt提取器回流提取陕西南部野生的灰树花、云芝和香菇子实体中的脂溶性物质,定性分析后进行清除·OH试验,研究它们的抗氧化活性。结果]获得的3种脂溶性物质均以萜类物质为主,还含有少量的黄酮类物质,但活性成分存在较大差异。灰树花、云芝和香菇子实体中的脂溶性物质对H2O2/Fe2+体系通过Fenton反应产生的·OH都具有清除作用,且随着加入量的增加,清除率均呈上升趋势。云芝中的脂溶性物质对·OH的清除作用最为显著,香菇中的脂溶性物质清除.OH的作用相对较差。结论]灰树花、云芝和香菇子实体中的脂溶性物质对·OH均有清除作用。

| Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to provide reference for comprehensive utilization of fat-soluble substance from the Grifola frondosa, Coriolus versicolor and Lentinus edodes.Method] With diethyl ether as solvent,the Soxhelt extractor was utilized to make the reflux extraction on the fat-soluble substance from the fruit bodies of wild G.frondosa,C.versicolor and L.edodes in the south Shaanxi,the scavenging·OH test was done after qualitative analysis and their anti-oxidation activity was researched.Result] Three kinds fat-soluble substance obtained were all terpenoid substance mainly,with a small amount of flavonoids,but the obvious difference existed in their active components.The fat-soluble substance from the fruit bodies of G.frondosa,C.versicolor and L.edodes all had scavenging effect on·OH that generated by H2O2/Fe2+system through Fenton reaction,and each clearance rate was risen up with the increase of adding amount.The fat-soluble substance from C.versicolor had most significant scavenging effect on·OH,and the fat-soluble substance from L.edodes had relatively worse scavenging effect on·OH.Conclusion] The fat-soluble substance from the fruit bodies of G.frondosa,C.versicolor and L.edodes all had scavenging effect on·OH. |
