| 摘 要： | 利用野生茄子作砧木进行茄子嫁接栽培可以有效防治黄萎病的发生，‘刚果茄’和‘赤茄’作砧木的按接茄子较易感褐纹病，植株易倒伏，‘托鲁巴姆’作砧木抗褐纹病，不易倒伏；植株的抗倒伏力与砧木的根系分布有关；茄子嫁接后光合速率、细胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾作用和气孔导度均明显高于对照。

| Abstract: | Experiments showed that certicillum wilt of eggplant could be inhibited effectively by grafting with wild eggplant as stock,But the resistance to eggplant phomopsis blight and windfall had relation with different kinds of eggplant stocks.The grafted eggplants with'Gangguoqie'eggplant and'Chiqie'eggplant as the stocks were infected easily by eggplant phomopsis blight and windfall.The eggplant grafted with'Tuo Lu Ba Mu'stock had high resistance to eggplant phomopsis blight and windfall.The resistant power of windfall related to the root distribution.Grafted eggplant had higher physical activity,photosynthesis rate and higher concentration of carbon dioxide in intercellular space.Comparing with the contrast,both transpiration and stomatal conductance of the grafted eggplants were obviously higher. |
