摘    要:利用可调式周林生物频谱发生器对牛卵母细胞体外成熟、体外受精和体外培养过程实施辐射,以提高牛胚胎体外生产效率。频谱发生器与培养材料的距离为5cm,辐射强度根据辐射温度加以调节。结果表明,辐射温度控制在39℃时,入孵卵母细胞的卵裂率(63%)与对照组61(%)无显著差异(P〉0.05),而囊胚发育率(39%)显著高于对照组(19%)(P〈0.05);当辐射温度达到40℃时,试验组的卵裂率仅为14%,囊

Abstract:The effects of biofrequency spectrum(BFS) irradia tion during in vitro fertilization on bovine embryo production i n vitro were studied. The distance from the BFS apparatus to the oocytes or em bryos was 5 cm dur ing irradiation, and the irradiation intensity was adjusted so as to deep the ir r adiation temperature at 39℃ or 40℃. The results showed that the rate of cleava ges existed no significant difference between the irradiation and the control gr oup when the irradiating temperature was kept at 39℃(P>0.05), however, the blastocysts rate in the irradiation group was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0.05) . When the irradiation temperature was 40℃, both rates of cleavages and blastoc ysts in the irradiation group were greatly significantly lower than that in the control (P <0.01). The early blastocysts from in vitro production with an d without BFS irradiation were cryopreserved by vitrification in EFS40 solution respectively, the developmental rate of the blastocysts with BFS irradiation was significantly higher than that of the without BFS irradiation (P<0.05).
