| 摘 要： | 为对《1997-2010年临沂市土地利用总体规划》的实施效果进行科学、客观地分析评价和对即将开展的《2005-2020年临沂市土地利用总体规划》编制工作做出理论探讨,在确定评价标准的基础上,运用多指标综合评价方法,对每项指标进行评价,再使用几何平均法合成总评价值。结果表明：临沂市土地利用总体规划在实施中各方面比较协调,产生了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | On the basis of establishing the evaluation standard,the implementation effect of Linyi General Land Use Planning from 1997 to 2010 was evaluated using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,to provide the theoretical basis for the compilation of Linyi General Land Use Planning from 2005 to 2020.The results showed that the implement of general planning was coordinated. |
