| 摘 要： | 中文核心期刊制是近年来我国大力推广而问题又最多的学术评价体系，在实践中引起很大争议。从当前核心期刊所面临的问题出发，结合核心期刊的研制历程及相关的方法，提出了建立统一的管理应用体系、明确有效时域、统一编制方法和标准的相关建议。以此来唤起同行们对该问题的关注和进一步探索。

| Abstract: | The Chinese language core periodical system is an academic evaluation system extended in a big way in China in the past decade, but in practice it has aroused great controversies. On the basis of problems confronted by core periodicals and combined with the development process of core periodicals and corresponding methods, the paper has put forward recommenclarions to establish the unified administration application system, which clarifies the valid time domain and unified formulation methods and standards. Thus arouse concerns for the problems by our colleagues. |
