摘    要:从理论上分析了削片机主轴振动过程的分形特性,运用分形理论对实际测得的削片机振动信号进行分析,计算出信号的关联维数.结果表明,削片机主轴振动是一种混沌运动.通过选择合适的嵌入维数计算出的关联维数能够反映系统的真实特性,所以关联维数可以作为削片机检测的一个特征参量.

Abstract:The fractal characteristics of vibration process of chippers chief shaft are analyzed based on the theory of fractal application by analyzing the actual vibration signals of chippers chief shaft and calculating the correlation dimensions of the signals. Result indicates that combustion vibration of chippers chief shaft is a kind of movement of chaos. By choosing suitable insertion dimensions, the correlation dimensions can reflect the real dynamic characteristics of the system and correlation dimensions could be used as a parameter to inspect chippers chief shaft.
