| 摘 要： | 自全国开展基层党组织和党员集中性创先争优活动以来,农业科研院所在创先争优创建过程中精心组织、及时总结,取得了显著成效。文章阐述了农业科研院所创先争优活动开展的现状,分析了在创先争优活动中存在的一些问题,如缺乏成熟的综合评价机制、与院所中心工作联系不紧密、缺乏长久规划等,并针对上述问题,提出了农业科研院所有效开展创先争优活动的合理化建议,如建立科学合理的创先争优综合评价机制、围绕科研院所中心工作深入开展创先争优活动,以及推进农业科研单位创先争优常态化、长效化等。

| Abstract: | Since the activity of competing for the excellence has been carried out in grassroot party organizations and party members across the country, the agricultural scientific research institutes have achieved remarkable outcome through elaborately organizing and timely summarizing. However, some problems still existed in the activity, such as the lack of a mature and comprehensive evaluation mechanism, close contact with institutes＇ center work and long-term planning. Addressing to these problems, some reasonable suggestions were proposed, i. e., a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism in the activity of competing for the excellence should be established, the activity of competing for the excellence should be carried out centering on the work of agricultural scientific research institutes, and it should be promoted through a normalized and long-term mechanism, etc. |
