| Abstract: | Some problems in current situations on process management of agricultural research projects in agricultural research institutes were analyzed in the paper, including imperfect of task planning, backward personnel management, less attention to financial, and insufficient examination in mid-term. According to these situations, some suggestions for improvement were proposed, so as to provide reference for the project researchers, administrators and project management departments. |
