| 摘 要： | 文章分析乌粱素海的自然资源、人文资源、渔业特点及生态环境后。提出了乌梁素海地区生态休闲渔业和生态旅游开发的指导思想、目的、原则及对策等，并对其经济、生态和社会效益进行了评估。

| Abstract: | After analyzed the natural resource, the humanities resources, the fishery characteristic and the ecological environment of Wuliangsuhai, the guiding ideology, the goal, the principle and the countermeasure and so on of development in Wuliangsu Haidi district ecology leisure fishery and the eco-tourism were proposed, and its economy, the ecology and the social efficiency have been carried on the appraisal. |
