| Abstract: | In order to make it convenient to select scientific sampling method of dairy products for enterprises and quality supervision department,the present status of national sampling methods system was introduced in this paper.And the present dairy products standards and sampling methods were analyzed;some problems and advices about the method application were also proposed particularly. |
