| 摘 要： | 在对滨海新区农业发展有利条件和存在问题分析的基础上,提出滨海新区现代农业的发展思路,明确了滨海新区现代农业的功能定位、市场定位、产业定位和发展目标,重点实施滨海新区农业“6465”产业发展工程,即发展6大产业、建设4个生态科技园区、6个特色农产品产业基地、5个农产品加工贸易中心,使滨海新区成为环渤海现代农业的先行区,并对滨海新区现代农业发展提出对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Base on discussion of advantage and problems of agricultural development of Tianjin Binhai new area, the paper made clear the agricultural development ideas and agricultural function, marketing, industry choices as well as development trends. The primary project of agricultural development included six industries, four eco-SciTech parks, six agriculture production bases and five processing and commercial centers. Suggestions were discussed for modem agricultural development of Tianjin Binhai area. |
