| 摘 要： | 为了研究黄腹角雉的饲养管理、人工繁殖、疾病诊治和预防,采用常规方法对1只人工繁殖的黄腹角雉进行解剖,并观察其肺的解剖学特征。取黄腹角雉的肺部组织,采用石蜡切片法制片,在显微镜下观察黄腹角雉的组织形态结构,并对其进行显微摄影。结果表明,黄腹角雉的肺部组织形态类似于鸡,其肺间质和肺部毛细血管都比较发达,肺小叶之间的界限不明显。黄腹角雉肺组织的这种结构有利于肺部气体的流通和交换。

| Abstract: | In order to study Tragopan caboti's management,artificial reproduction,disease precaution and treatment,an artificially reproductive Tragopan caboti was dissected by using the normally anatomical method. The lungs of the Tragopan caboti were acquired and histo-morphology of the lungs were observed by using a paraffin section method under the microscope,and then they were micro-photographed by using the special software.The results proved that anatomical structure of the Tragopan caboti lungs is different from that of mammalian animals;the histo-morphology of Tragopan caboti lungs is are analogous to that of chickens.Blood capillarys is rich in Tragopan caboti lung tissues.The dividing lines among Tragopan caboti lung leaflets are unobvious.This kind of histol-morphology is beneficial for the air circulation and exchange in the lungs. |
