摘    要:以阿兰一代西葫芦为材料,研究了西葫芦幼苗在低温弱光胁迫下的生长状况及生理特性。结果表明:低温弱光处理下的阿兰一代西葫芦幼苗在昼、夜温度分别为10℃、5℃时,随着光照强度的降低,幼苗的株高降低,茎粗、叶片数、最大叶长和最大叶宽、最大叶面积减少,叶绿素含量和根系活力也随之降低。

Abstract:In this paper,it was studied that effects of low temperature and poor light on growth and physiological characteristics of summer squash seedling by using A-LAN F1 summer squash.The result showed that the seedling high,vine length,leaf amount,the biggest leaf long and leaf wide,the biggest leaves area reduce.Along with illumination weaken chlorophyyll content also follow reduce gradually under low temperature and poor light.
