| 摘 要： | 用水牛9头,黄牛、猪、狗各3头,顺序取消化道12个部位,切片观察结果,水牛消化道嗜银性内分泌细胞比其他动物多,草食动物的胃和直肠细胞数比杂食动物和肉食动物都多。草食动物从胃和小肠这两个部位开始,嗜银性内分泌细胞都多,向后逐渐减少。胃肠道内分泌细胞多为单个,分散的夹杂在腺上皮细胞之间。此项内分泌细胞分布于每个腺管的中部或基部,向腺管顶端渐少,胃的内分泌细胞多为圆形,嗜银颗粒均匀分布于核周围;而肠的内分泌细胞多为锥形,颗粒集中于细胞基部,顶端逐渐稀疏。

| Abstract: | Buffaloes (9), cattle (3), pigs(3) and dogs (3) were usedin the present study. Tissue samples were taken from 12 sites of digestive tract.Results show that the digestive tract of buffalo contains more endocrine cells than otheranimals used in the present study. The endocrine cells in the stomach and rectum ofherbivorous animals were more than that of omnivorous and carnivorous animals. In thestomach and small gut of herbivorous animals, the endocrine cells had higher densityin the cardia and duodenum. But the cell numbers decreased gradually. Most ofendocrine cells distributed in the middle or basal part of exocrine tube. The gastricendocrine cells were usually round in shape with the argentaffin granules evenly aroandthe nucleus. The intestinal endocrine cells were tapered in shape with the granulesgathered in the basal cytoplasm. |
