荔枝蒂蛀虫辐射检疫处理初步研究

摘    要:本试验使用C_0~(60)r—射线辐射处理荔枝蒂蛀虫,试验结果表明,0.25KGy以上的辐射剂量均可导致该幼虫100%死亡。我们建议0.30KGy为该幼虫的辐射致死剂量。

Abstract:Lethal effects of gamma irradiation on the larvae of litchi stem-end boreer, Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley were studied. The results showed that a dosage of 0. 25 KGy and above could cause a 100% mortality of the larvae of the pest. The authors suggested a dosage of 0. 30 KGy be the lethal dosage of quarantine treatment of the larvae.
