| 摘 要： | 通过对新疆优势农业资源的比较优势分析以及农业优势资源开发对加速龙头企业的成长、农业产业结构调整、农民增收等方面所产生的经济效应分析的基础上，提出开发新疆农业优势资源应走特色及品牌发展之路，加强农民技能培训和发展农业关联产业、提升农业资源利用价值等对策建议，其最终目的是促进农民增收及农村劳动力转移，将资源优势在市场中转变为经济优势，实现区域经济的发展。

Superiority and measures on explotative superior agricultural resources in Xinjiang |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the contrastive superiority of Xinjiang agricultural resources and the economic benefits of accelerating the growth of company,the adjustment of agricultural industrial construction,the increase of peasant's income and so on, the paper puts forward measures about exploiting superior agricultural resources by founding out the way of distinguishing feature and trademark, strengthening technical ability training of peasants and accelerating industrialization relating to agriculture.Its final aim is to promote the utilization value of agricultural resources and to accelerate the change from resources superiority to economy superiority in the market. |
