水稻矮秆基因对GA_3敏感性的酶学基础

摘    要:以高秆水稻品种百叶籼(对照)、含不同矮秆基因的水稻品种广场矮、新桂矮、双矮为材料,研究其对GA_3不同敏感性的酶学基础。结果表明,携有sd-1sd-1矮秆基因的水稻幼苗对GA_3的敏感性强于携有sd-gsd-g矮秆基因的品种;供试品种对20mg/kgGA_3的反应,表现在体内过氧化物酶活性下降,且下降幅度与各品种对GA_3不同敏感性基本一致。同工酶谱分析结果表明,酶活性下降与A_9,A_(11)谱带有关,A_5谱带与不同矮秆基因对GA_3的敏感性有关;体内吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性下降,下降幅度与不同矮秆基因材料对GA_3敏感性一致。

Abstract:The biochemical mechanisms of different sensitivities to GA_3 of semidwarf genes in rice werestudied with high-stem rice variety-Baiyexian(Control)and semidwarf rice varieties which have differentsemidwarf genes.The results indicated that the seedlings with gene sd-1 sd-1 were more sensitive to GA_3than those with gene sd-g sd-g. The activities of peroxidase and indoleacetic acld oxidase in the seedlingsdecreased when treated with GA_3,and there was any close correlation found between the decrease percentageof the enzyme actlvity and the sensitivity to GA_3 among various semidwarf genes. Assay of isoperoxidase pat-terns showed that the decrease of peroxidase activity was correlated with the bands of A_9 A_(11),and the changesof isoperoxidase patterns of varieties with various semidwarf gene were different.The isozyme band A_5 wasrelated to the sensitivity to GA_3 of different semidwarf genes.
