摘    要:为明确适宜皖南地区烟稻轮作的粳稻品种,探讨不同施氮量下2个品种光合作用的差异机理。在大田的条件下,围绕1个超级稻品种南粳44,结合当地一个品种皖稻94,研究了不同施氮量下(150.0kg/hm2、250.0kg/hm2、350.0kg/hm2),不同品种剑叶的最大净光合速率、二氧化碳-光合曲线、抗氧化酶和可溶性蛋白的表现等,分析不同氮素施用下其光合作用与产量形成的生理机制。结果表明,从光合作用发挥的角度,在高CO2浓度下,参试粳稻品种在低氮或者中等氮素条件下,可提高其光合作用的CO2饱和点,表现高的光合速率;随着施氮量的增加,水稻对高光强的利用能力增强,尤其可以缓解水稻在生育后期因低温高光强而发生的叶片黄化和早衰。超级稻品种如南粳44,比较适合中等氮素和高氮的栽培条件,通过不同时期的适应策略,最大限度地发挥其叶片的光合功能,有利于其产量的发挥。

Difference of Photosynthesis about Wannan Japonica Rice in Different Nitrogen Fertilizations

Abstract:The objective of this study was to identify the Difference of Photosynthesis about Wannan Japoni-ca rice in Different Nitrogen Fertilizations.To clear the rotation varieties of Japonica rice suit in Wannan, The conditions in the pot experiments,with super rice Nanjing 44 combined with local varieties Wandao 94 at maturing stages,photosynthesis,soluble protein and antioxidant enzyme activities of reciprocal first leaf were analyzed in different nitrogen fertilizations(150.0kg/hm2、250.0kg/hm2、350.0kg/hm2).To analyze the different nitrogen application in their photosynthesis and yield formation under physiological mechanisms. From the perspective of photosynthesis,while at high CO2 concentration,the Wannan rice varieties in the low nitrogen or medium nitrogen conditions,can improve their photosynthetic CO2 saturation point,with high photosynthetic rate;The amount of nitrogen increased the ability to use high light intensity,in particular, can relieve yellowing leaves and premature aging due to higher activity of antioxidant enzymes under the low temperature and high light conditions during the maturing stages.The super rice such as Nanjing 44 are more suitable for the cultivation in medium and high nitrogen conditions,with different adaptation strate-gies of different periods to maximize its leaf photosynthetic function,production.
