| 摘 要： | 巴楚蘑菇在新疆塔里木盆地极其炎热干燥气候条件下，其孢子与一般子囊菌的一样可向空气中弹射，但主要是以耳片在水中弹射孢子的方式进行孢子释放，孢子随水进行传播。孢子收集时将耳片放入水中诱导耳片释放孢子，可比较容易地收集到无菌孢子。

| Abstract: | Under wondrously torrid and dry climate of the Talim basin in Xinjiang,spores of Helvella leucopus were released with the way of ear ejecting and spreaded mostly in the water,though they can eject to air as those of ascomycetes It is easy to collect spores if the ear put in water to induce spores released. |
