| 摘 要： | 根据多年的研究 ,总结了艾草在江南丘陵地区的培育和种植技术 ,并将现代的食品加工技术引入到艾草的深加工中 ,同时按照绿色食品的标准进行艾草的种植与深加工 ,获得了艾草产品绿色食品标志认证 ,为艾草食品的产业化提供了技术上的依据。

| Abstract: | In this thesis,breeding and cultivation technical of argy wormwood in the hilly area of southern Yangtze River and moden food processing technique of argy wormwood processing was introduced.The plantation and processing technique of argy wormwood were based on the standard of green food,which provided the priority to acquire the certificate of green food for argy wormwood and techical support of argy wormwood industrialization. |
