| 摘 要： | 转基因生物知识产权保护战略是以知识产权制度为依托和导向,对转基因生物进行知识产权保护的发展战略,对于国家转基因生物技术发展意义重大。美国是转基因生物知识产权战略的"领头羊",通过对解析美国战略的经验提出对我国的四点启示,即完善转基因生物知识产权保护的法律体系;加强转基因生物知识产权的专利保护力度;参与转基因生物国际竞争和利益关系协调;引导转基因生物知识产权保护战略的制定。

| Abstract: | Protection strategy on transgenic organism intellectual property is the development strategy that takes the support and guidance of the intellectnal property system to protect the transgenic organism intellectual property, which has a great significance in developing the national transgenic organism technology. America is the leading country in the intellectual property strategy of transgenic organism. By analyzing the experiences of American strategy, four enlightenments to our country were put forward, i.e., improving the legal system on the protection of transgenic organism intellectual property; strengthening the protection of patent of transgenic organism intellectual property; participating in the international competition and the adjusting of profits of the transgenic organism; guiding the establishment of the protection strategy on transgenic organism intellectual property |
