番茄种质资源形态学性状遗传趋势研究

摘    要:摘要:研究番茄种质资源形态学性状遗传趋势,以期了解其多样性状况、亲缘关系,为我国番茄资源的开发利用提供理论依据。以50尖黄,47(A-6t),93-29,A33-1,46(A-10t),93-11,A-17,49(7-1t),48(7t) 9种不同的番茄品种及杂种F1代群体植株为实验材料,对杂交亲本及杂种F1代的株高,叶型指数,开展度等性状进行遗传趋势分析。研究结果表明(1)在株高上杂交组合93-29×A33-1表现出杂种优势,其他的五个杂交组合株高都表现出趋中变异的特性;(2)在开展度这一性状上杂交组合:93-29×A33-1,93-11×48(7t),93-11×49(7-1t),50尖黄×A-17都表现出了杂交优势,说明通过杂交育种方法增加开展度是可行的;(3)在叶型指数这一性状上组合93-11×48(7t)和组合50尖黄×A-17明显的表现出了杂种优势,其他四个组合表现出了趋中变异的特性;(4)组合93-29×A33-1与93-11×49(7-1t)的杂种F1代植株较抗番茄青枯病。通过杂交育种可以改变番茄的部分形态性状,从而提高番茄的产量、品质及其抗性。

Abstract:Abstract: To understand the relationship among species, this paper research on heredity trend of morphological characters of tomato germplasm resource.The experiment hopes to provide theoretical basis for the exploitation of tomato germplasm resources. Inheritance of some characters including stem length, foliage index, canopy were studied with 50 jianhuang,47(A-6t),93-29,A33-1,46(A-10t),93-11,A-17,49(7-1t),48(7t)and F1 progenies from 93-29×A33-1,50jianhuang×47(A-6t),46(A-10t)×93-11,50jianhuang×A-17,93-11×49(7-1t),3-11×48(7t).Results show that(1)There existed commonly the heterosis in crosses of 93-29×A33-1 in stem length.The other five species show the mid-parent heterosis.(2)There also existed the heterosis in crosses of 93-29×A33-1,93-11×48(7t),93-11×49(7-1t),50jianhuang×A-17 93-29×A33-1 in canopy,and,The cross-breeding method to increase canopy is feasible.(3)There existed the heterosis in crosses of 93-11×48(7t)and 50jianhuang×A-17 in foliage index, the other four combinations show the mid-parent heterosis.(4)F1 progenies from 93-29×A33-1 and 93-11×49(7-1t) are resistant to bacterial wilt of tomatoes.The cross- breeding can change the partial morphological characters of the tomato, so as to improve the yield, quality and resistance of the tomato.
