| Abstract: | Wetland is one of the earth's three major ecosystems and plays an important role in achieving sustainable development.Currently,wetland management still has many problems.In this article,idea on wetland legislation in watershed management model was put forward.The necessity,feasibility,legal system,institutional arrangements and other issues were analyzed. |
