| 摘 要： | 农业补贴是国家财政对本国农业支持和保护常用的政策工具,我国近几年加大了国家支持和保护农业的力度,但是我国农业补贴法制严重匮乏,不适应我国目前经济发展的需要.WTO框架下的农业补贴规则是各国农业补贴制度的依据,我国应依据WTO相关规定,构建适合我国农业补贴制度.
