红斑大壁虎与黑斑大壁虎的核型比较

摘    要:对产自老挝、广西和云南的大壁虎(Gekko gecko)进行染色体核型分析。以空气干燥法制备染色体标本,结果表明,老挝红斑大壁虎的核型公式为2n=38=8m+2sm+2st+26t,广西黑斑大壁虎和云南黑斑大壁虎的核型相同均为2n=38=8m+2sm+28t。红斑大壁虎和黑斑大壁虎的核型在第15号染色体上存在着明显的差异,该结果可为大壁虎亚种或种级的分化研究提供细胞学方面的依据。

Abstract:Gekko gecko from Laos,Guangxi and Yunnan province of China were used for karyotype analysis by air drying method.The results indicated that the karyotype formula of the red Gekko gecko from Laos is 2n=38=8m 2sm 2st 26t,the karyotype formula of the black Gekko gecko from Guangxi and Yunnan province is the same as 2n=38=8m 2sm 28t.Therefore,there are evident differences between the karyotype formula of the red Gekko gecko and black Gekko gecko on the No.15 chromosome.And the results provide effective evidence of cell biology for classifying the subspecies and species of Gekko gecko.
