杜马斯燃烧法与凯氏定氮法测定肥料中总氮含量的比较研究

摘    要:应用杜马斯燃烧法及凯氏定氮法对肥料中总氮含量分别进行测定。结果表明,杜马斯燃烧法的测定结果略高于凯氏定氮法的测定结果。杜马斯燃烧法测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.14%、0.15%、0.18%、0.23%、1.56%、1.03%,加标回收率均值分别为98.9%、99.1%、98.1%、97.9%、98.1%。凯氏定氮法测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.17%、0.35%、0.46%、0.24%、2.40%、1.24%,加标回收率均值分别为98.2%、98.1%、97.4%、96.7%、96.3%。因此,杜马斯燃烧法可作为肥料总氮检测的方法之一。

Abstract:In the article, Dumas combustion method and Kjeldahl method was used in total nitrogen determination in fertilizers respectively. It was concluded that results of nitrogen content by Dumas method were higher than by Kjeldahl. The RSDs of Dumas combustion method were 0.14%, 0.15%, 0.18%, 0.23%, 1.56%, 1.03%, while the recoveries of standard addition were 98.9%, 99.1%, 98.1%, 97.9%, 98.1%. The RSDs of Kjeldahl method were 0.17%, 0.35%, 0.46%, 0.24%, 2.40%, 1.24%, while the recoveries of standard addition were 98.2%, 98.1%, 97.4%, 96.7%, 96.3%. And Dumas combustion method could be one of methods for total nitrogen determination in fertilizers.
