摘 要: | 本文对采于新疆青河的大果沙棘籽进行了理化指标的分析研究。结果表明:大果沙棘籽在粗脂肪、粗蛋白含量上优于中国沙棘,在脂肪酸组成、维生素E含量上与中国沙棘无明显区别。该结果为大果沙棘籽的进一步开发利用奠定了基础。

Abstract: | The physics and chemistry ingredient of big fruit seabuckthorn seed were analyzed,which picked from the Qinghe River in Xinjiang.The result shows that:the crude fat and crude protein content of the big fruit seabuckthorn was superior to the Chinese seabuckthorn,in the fatty acid composition and vitamin E content with the Chinese seabuckthorn was no significant difference.The result laid the foundation for the development and utilization of the big fruit seabuckthorn seeds. |
