| 摘 要： | 新时代对高职院校基层团组织建设提出新的要求,针对高职院校基层团组织发展面临的挑战,提出了强化思想政治教育、提高团员思想意识、建立校园文化阵地加强意识形态领域引领、发挥团支部的堡垒作用提升基层团组织的战斗力等高职院校基层团组织创新发展路径。

| Abstract: | New requirements have been put forward for the development of grassroots Youth League organization in higher vocational colleges in the new era.In view of the challenges facing the development of the grassroots Youth League organization in higher vocational colleges,such as the self-knowledge of the League members,the work of the grassroots Youth League organization and the role of the League branch.Some ideas are proposed on the innovative development path of grassroots Youth League organization,which contain strengthening ideological and political education,raising the ideological consciousness of League members,establishing campus cultural front,strengthening ideological guidance,exerting the role of barrier in League branch,and enhancing the combat effectiveness of grassroots Youth League organization. |
