| Abstract: | Construction of Party branches is the most important and basic part of Party building,and the construction of Party branch community is based on theory of community.Building the Party branch into a learning-oriented,service-oriented,and innovation-oriented Party branch,which becomes a bastion of battle for grassroots organizations,provides new and efficient service for teachers and students,and offers a solid foundation for talents training,social services,scientific and technological development in colleges and universities. |
