连续平压式热压机柔性入口段的结构特征与形式

摘    要:连续平压式热压机因具有产量高、生产的板材密度均匀、质量好等优势,在近10年中被愈加广泛地应用于人造板生产中。连续压机的入口段在功能上与人造板热压工艺联系紧密,且其结构复杂,对人造板产品的质量影响显著,是连续压机中设计难度与制造要求最高的部位,因此对连续压机入口段的研究与分析,对提高人造板产品质量有着重要意义。首先结合人造板加压工艺曲线及板坯厚度变化曲线,介绍了连续压机入口段的功能要求,总结了其工艺特性;随后逐一对连续压机入口段的结构特征,包括开口大小与入口角度、热压板开度、排气长度、框架间距、横向压力分配、柔性结构要求等进行了阐述,说明了上述结构特征对连续压机设计以及板坯热压过程中的影响;进而根据有关文献与专利,对目前国内外几种较为典型的连续压机柔性入口段进行了结构说明和对比,展示了这几种连续压机在入口段结构设计中的方法和原理;最后对连续压机技术发展方向进行了展望,以期为我国连续式热压机结构设计水平及其性能水平的提高提供参考。

Abstract:Continuous press have been widely used in the production of wood-based panels in the past decade.Continuous press has many advantages such as high output,uniform density and high quality.The function in the continuous press is closely related to the hot-pressing process of wood-based panels.The structure of the infeed section is complex,which has a significant impact on the quality of wood-based panel products.This is the section with the highest design difficulty and manufacturing requirements in the continuous press.Therefore,the research and analysis of the infeed section of the continuous press makes a great significance to improve the quality of wood-based panel products.In this study,the relationship of the wood-based panel pressurization and slab thickness variation is introduced and analyzed firstly.Basing on the curve,the functional requirements of the infeed section in the continuous press are described and the process characteristics from multiple angles,such as strength,product quality and exhaust method,are summarized.Furthermore,the structural features of the infeed section in the continuous press,including the size and angle of the opening,the opening of the hot pressing plate,the exhaust length,the frames distance,the transverse pressure distribution and the requirements of the flexible structure are explained.These structural features are introduced in detail respectively,and their influences on the hot-pressing process of slabs and the quality of woodbased panel products during the production of wood-based panel are reported.Then,according to the literature and patents,this article illustrates and compares the structures of the flexible infeed section of several domestic and abroad typical continuous presses.This part introduces the methods and principles of these continuous presses in the structural design of the inlet section and analyzes method and key structure of each continuous press to meet the functional requirements of flexible infeed.Finally,the future development of continuous press technology is proposed.It is expected the further update and iteration of continuous press and the direction of improving the quality of wood-based panel products.It is hoped that with the help of this article,the structural design level and performance level of continuous hot press in China will be promoted and improved.
