| 摘 要： | 在概述已有研究的基础上,构建了我国农民信息消费力评价指标体系,对2006年我国农村信息消费力进行了综合分析,并从提高政府重视程度、完善农村信息服务体系、采取有利措施保障农民增收等方面提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing existing researches,evaluation index system of farmer's information consumption ability in China was constructed,and the rural information consumption ability of China in 2006 was analyzed comprehensively.Related proposals were put forward from the aspects of drawing attention of government,improving rural information service system,and taking measures to ensure the income increase of farmers. |
