| 摘 要： | 针对新的渔业法,以及“中日、中韩渔业协定”,运用现代软件工程的方法,介绍了渔捞日志管理系统(F ish ing LogM anagem ent System,以下简称FLMS)的开发。首先从实际需求出发,分析了FLMS的功能,如数据处理、统计分析、信息查询、报表打印、系统管理等;其次介绍了FLMS的系统设计,主要有系统结构设计、数据库设计、代码标准化设计、安全性设计、渔区设计、图表设计等;同时简要说明了FLMS的实现,包括开发工具VB6.0、数据库系统SQL Server 2000和Access97、单机版和网络版的运行环境、软件系统的主要特点等。最后概述了FLMS近几年来的实际应用,讨论了FLMS的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Aim at the new fishery law and "Chian-Janpan and Chian -Korea Fishery Conventions",the development of Fishing Log Management System(hereafter referred FLMS as simply) was introduced by way of modern software engineering.Firstly,from the practical demands, it analyzed the function of FLMS,such as data processing,statistical analysis,info search,report forms printing,system management,etc.Secondly,the system design of the FLMS was introduced which mainly includes system architecture design,database design,coding standard design,security design,fishing zone design and design of chart,etc.Meanwhile,the implement of the system was also briefly explained,including developing tool-VB6.0,database system-SQL Server 2000 and Access 97,the runtime environment of the standalone-version and network version and the key features of the software system.Finally,a summary of the practical application of FLMS in recent years was given,and the developing trend of FLMS was also discussed. |
