宁夏紫花苜蓿土著根瘤菌的分布状况研究

摘    要:从宁夏不同生态区域不同作物土壤入手,研究紫花苜蓿土著根瘤菌的分布状况,为根瘤菌在紫花苜蓿生产应用中提供科学依据。结果表明:宁夏南部半干旱区土壤中土著根瘤菌的数目为720-36 000个/g干土,中部半干旱区1700-3400个/g干土,北部灌区1 500-1 700个/g干土。土壤中土著菌的数量以南部半干旱区苜蓿地为最多,为36 000个/g干土;其次为南部半干旱区玉米地,达3 600个/g干土;再次为中部干旱区小麦地;为南部半干旱区马铃薯种植地最少。

Distribution of Ningxia Alfalfa Indigenous Rhizobium

Abstract:The paper studied the distribution of Alfalfa indigenous rhizobium,starting with different soil-crops in different ecological regions of Ningxia,to provide a scientific basis for productivity applications.The main results are as follows: Numbers of indigenous rhizobium in south hilly area dry soil,central semi-arid area and north irrigation area are between 720~36 000 ind./g,1 700~3 400 ind./g and 1 500~1 700 ind./g respectively.The number of indigenous rhizobia in alfafa land of south semi-arid area dry soil was 36 000 ind./g,the maximum among the other land,then followed with that in the maize land of south semi-arid area of 3 600 ind./g,wheat land of central arid area.Potato land of semi-arid areas has the least number of indigenous rhizobia.
