| 摘 要： | 提出一种玉米固定床干燥的计算机模拟方法,编制了相应程序。用其计算不同品种和不同初始水分的玉米在床层不同深度处的水分和热风温度,分析品种和初始水分对玉米固定床干燥速率的影响,其结果与相应试验结果吻合。为进一步进行玉米固定床干燥系统工艺参数的选择和优化提供了基础。

| Abstract: | A computer simulation method of fixed-bed drying of corn is proposed in this paper. A corresponding computer simulation software is programmed. Moisture contents of corn and drying air temperature in different bed depth for the different corn varieties and different initial moisture contents are computed. The effects of corn varieties and initial moisture contents on fixed-bed drying rate of corn are analized. A good agreement is obtained by comparing predicted results with measured ones. The study results provide a basis for further choice and optimization of technological parameters of fixed-bed drying of corn. |
