微波辐射硫酸氢钠催化合成乙酸异戊酯研究

摘    要:在微波辐射下,以NaHSO4·H2O作催化剂,4A分子筛作脱水剂,以冰醋酸和异戊醇为原料合成乙酸异戊酯.当微波辐射功率为255W,以0.1mol冰醋酸为基准,催化剂用量为0.3g,酸醇的摩尔比为1∶1.5,反应时间20min时,酯化率达99.2%.

Abstract:The synthesis of isoamyl acetate from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol using sodium bisulfate as catalyst and 4 A molecular sieve as dehydrator is reported under microwave radiation.When the power of microwave radiation is 255 W , amount of catalyst 0.3 g (using 0.1 mol of acetic acid ) and reaction time 20 min, the conversion rate for acetic acid is 99.2%.
