| 摘 要： | 利用PCR技术扩增出羊痘病毒结构蛋白P32基因,并进行同源性比对及进化分析.结果表明,该病毒与其他绵羊痘病毒与山羊痘病毒同源性分别为99％与96％.

| Abstract: | Polymerase chain reaction was used to amplify P32 gene of sheeppox virus. Sequence and phylogenetic analysis of P32 gene showed that the nucleotide sequence identities of the isolate was 99% to SPPV and 96% to GTPV. |
