摘    要:以拟穴青蟹为研究对象,研究了1 000 lx、3 000 lx、5 000 lx、7 000 lx、9 000 lx五组光照强度对其溢状幼体蜕皮、生长及能量收支的影响.结果表明:(1)1 000 lx试验组幼体从第4期潘状幼体(Z<,4>)阶段起即期变态成活率明显下降,全部实验幼体最终均不能变态为大眼幼体(M);5 0...

Abstract:The effects of light intensity on the moult,growth and energy budget of the larvae of Scylla paramamosain were studied.Results were as follows: The mean metamorphosis survival rates under 1 000 lx obviously declined from Z4,and the megalopa were not found;The final metamorphosis survival rates under 5 000 lx was obviously 10.00%、7.78% and 15.56%;higher than those under 3 000 lx、7 000 lx and 9 000 lx,and was significantly different from those groups(P<0.05);(2)The moulting day was different from Z1 to M: 3 000 lx,19.5 days;5 000 lx,15.2 days;7 000 lx,15.7 days;9 000 lx,17.2 days.The development of larvae under 5 000 lx and 7 000 lx were significantly faster than other groups(P<0.05).The light intensity(3 000 lx、5 000 lx and 7 000 lx)significantly affected the ingestion energy(I)and the growth energy(G),the ingestion energy and the growth energy of the 5 000 lx were significantly higher than other groups.G/I、R/I、E/I、Ev/I(R,Respiration energy;E,Exuvial energy;Ev,Fecal energy and Excretion energy)were not significantly affected under three light intensities.Results showed that the light intensity could affect the component energy(absolute values),but could not affect the distribution pattern of components.
