影响化肥厂不锈钢设备大气腐蚀的因素分析

摘    要:对化肥厂外部环境及校园环境的NOx、Cl-、TSP进行测定,结果表明,校园大气Cl-平均浓度为1.1839mg/m3;校园大气NOx的平均浓度为0.0124mg/m3;校园大气TSP的平均浓度为0.2735mg/m3。化肥厂Cl-平均浓度为9.381mg/m3;化肥厂NOx的平均浓度为0.0123mg/m3;化肥厂TSP的平均浓度为5.779mg/m3;其中Cl-浓度和TSP的浓度分别超过国家标准的52倍和19倍,而NOx与国家标准持平。因此,Cl-和TSP对化肥厂不锈钢设备影响最大。

Abstract:NOx, Cl - and TSP of fertilizer plant campus environment and the external environment were measured. The results showed that the campus atmosphere of chlorine ion average concentration is 1. 183 9 mg/m3 ; Campus atmospheric nitrogen average concentration is 0.012 4 mg/m3 ; Campus atmosphere TSP average concentration is 0. 273 5 mg/m3. Fertilizer plant ehlorine ion average concentration is 9. 381 mg/m3 ; Fertilizer plant nitrogen average concentration is 0. 012 3 mg/m3 ; Fertilizer plant TSP average concentration is 5. 779 mg/m3 ; chlorine ion and TSP concentration are 52 and 19 times higher than the national standard respectively. As a result, the chloride ion and TSP have the highest influence on the stainless steel equipment.
