水稻人工种子聚合外膜的研制

摘    要:分别以Elvax4260、丙烯酸树脂作为人工种子的外膜,前者保水性能较好,但影响人工种子发芽.低浓度的丙稀酸树脂作为人工种子外膜,对发芽有一定促进作用,但无明显保水效应;而高浓度或低浓度长时间浸泡,保水效应好,但影响人工种子的发芽.冰冻切片观察外膜为一层连续的致密膜.

Abstract:Elvax4260 and acrylic resin were respectively used as spermoderm of artifical areds.Elvax4260had better water-retaining ability,but it was disadvantage in germination of artifical seeds.Low concen-iration of acrylic resin could promote germination of artifical seeds in some degree when it was used as spermoderm,but water-retaining ability did not increase obviously. When artifical seeds were immersed in acrylic resin solution for a longer time,the germination rate dropped but water-retaining ability increased.Meanwhile,the artifical spermoderm was composed of a laper of continous and compact membrane by observation of freezing section.
