摘    要:目的]研究干旱胁迫对水稻形态及光合特性的影响。方法]以水稻品种IR64和Azucena为试验材料,用15%PEG6000模拟干旱,胁迫7 d后,测定水稻植株的形态和生理指标。结果]干旱胁迫下,水稻幼苗根长增加,株高降低 根冠比增大 不定根生长受抑制,主根上侧根数增多 IR64具有更高的生物量积累,保持了相对较高的光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率。结论]IR64比Azucena具有更好的抗旱性。

Effects of Drought Stress on Morphologic and Photosynthetic Characteristics in Rice

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of drought stress on morphologic and photosynthetic characteristics in rice.Method] The rice of seedlings IR64 and Azucena were treated with 15% PEG6000-simulated drought stress for 7 days,then morphologic and physiological indexes of rice were determined.Result] Under the situation of drought stress,the root length of rice was increased and the plant height was decreased;the root-shoot ratio was accreted,the growth of adventitious roots was inhibited,and the growth of lateral roots of main root was enhanced.Compared with Azucena,IR64 showed higher biomass accumulation,photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate.Conclusion] IR64 had better drought resistance than Azucena.
